Seminar: 50 years of April, 5 years of Fórum Refúgio: New realities of asylum and immigration. Lisbon, 11th of June, 2024.
Earlier this month, the REFUGIN project was presented at an insightful event hosted by Fórum Refugio and CRIA-ISCTE, in Lisbon, Portugal.
Focusing on the project rationale, but mostly on the surveyed educational and civic professionals working with youngsters in refugee-like situations, and the youngsters themselves, @IPS_Innovative Prison Systems, as the local project partner, delved into the main needs found to unlock integration in a sustained way.
Going from cultural awareness to trauma-informed responses, the REFUGIN project listened to over 200 European professionals to tailor its outcomes and products, with a current focus on its training offer.
